Make sure you have a large enough grill so that you can have a hot section and a warm section !
- Roll out the dough
- Brush one side with olive oil and place it on hot par of grill
- Brush 2nd side with oil
- Once you see bubbles in the dough, lift it gently and make sure it isn't burning. If brown and it has grill marks turn over
- grill other side until you see grill marks
- Turn crust over and add toppings to the newly grilled side and move to warm,not hot side of grill
- If you can place foil on a cover over to hasten the cooking
- when toppings are melted serve quickly
